Dean Robbins, Allegheny Campus Staff

Dean Robbins is the Arts Editor for the CCAC Voice newspaper. He primarily writes on the intersection of culture and media.  Robbins was awarded the MVP for the View at the 2019 Star Awards among three other awards. In 2020, he was received another two awards. Robbins is also active in Student Life and is an officer of multiple clubs. He currently as president of the Students for Human Life & Dignity for over two years, vice president of the Coalition for Christian Outreach, vice president of the Political Science Club, and Officer of Fellowship for PTK Alpha Mu Theta. He is also a member of the CCAC Conduct Board. He has pushed his fellow officers and club members to write for the paper. Throughout his time at the defunct Allegheny View and the Voice, Robbins has pioneered new sections and initiatives, including a CCAC history-focused section. Robbins was a dual enrollment student at CCAC until December of 2020 when he graduated high school. He is currently in his fourth year of four at CCAC and plans to transfer in Fall 2021 to study history and psychology. He is specifically interested in philosophical psychology and the history of new media. When he is not sleeping or at school, he is in a movie theater.
